Radiation Oncology Program
Participants registered for the 2-day Radiation Oncology Program can choose to attend lectures presented in the CRS Leadership or Radiology Concurrent Sessions. Be sure to ask for the Radiology CME paperwork at the Conference registration desk the day of the program.

Registration Confirmation - Confirmation of successful registration will be emailed. Review the email immediately for notice of program changes or other pertinent information. Contact LARS if you have not received confirmation by Monday, February 20.

Cancellation & Transfer - To be eligible for refund, cancellation must be submitted in writing via fax or email no later than 5:00pm, February 10, 2017 with "MW Cancellation" noted in the subject line. Registration fee, less a $40 processing fee will be refunded after the conference. Cancellations made after these deadlines are not eligible for refunds. Registration can be transferred to another registrant if requested by the original registrant, in writing, on or before Wednesday, February 22.

CRS Member Radiologists who register for the 2017 Midwinter Conference will be eligible to pay the LARS discounted member rate for the Spring Diagnostic Ultrasound Conference, June 3-4, 2017, the Annual Breast Imaging Seminar and Ultrasound Dinner lectures presented in 2017.

Registration the day of the conference will be available at 7:00am Saturday, February 25 in the Ballroom Foyer of Pasadena Convention Center. On-site registrations will be assessed an additional on-site registration fee of $40.
