Midwinter participants registered for the Radiology Program can choose any lecture presented in the Body MRI, CRS Leadership, Musculoskeletal, and Nuclear Medicine Focus Sessions.   

Those registered for the Nuclear Medicine Focus only can only attend NM Session Lectures.

Breakout Session Format - 

fundamentals and discussion of practical approaches and state of the art updates regarding Body and Pelvic MRI, Musculoskeletal Imaging, and Nuclear Medicine.  Our goal is to present the knowledge and skills needed to update and expand current clinical practice with the goal of improving patient outcomes and quality of life through improved diagnostics.  An array of imaging techniques will be included, with an emphasis on MRI, CT, and Ultrasound.

The Radiology Program has been planned to provide the clinician with a review of 

Accreditation Statement - The Los Angeles Radiological Society (LARS) is accredited by the Institute for Medical Quality/California Medical Association (IMQ/CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physician CME

Designation Statement - LARS designates the Radiology Conference, a live activity, for a maximum of 13 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

CME Certification - This credit may also be applied to the CME Certification in Continuing Medical Education.

NOT ALL CRS LECTURES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PHYSICIAN OR TECHNOLOGIST CREDIT.  THOSE APPROVED FOR CREDIT ARE NOTED WITH A SYMBOL AFTER THE LECTURE TITLES ABOVE.  CRS lecture approved for physician Cat. 1 CME denoted by     CRS lecture approved for technologist Cat. A CME denoted by #

Category A CE Credit has been approved by the ASRT.

- Radiology Program - Up to 13 Cat. A credits are available for attending the entire radiology program.

- Nuclear Medicine Program - (Saturday Only) Up to 6.5 Cat. A credits are available for attending the entire nuclear medicine program.

       

VOICE participants - ASRT is an approved RCEEM.  Technologists may submit attendance documents to SNMTS and have these credits added to your VOICE transcripts.
